Amidst the tense situation, Sanji urgently calls for an antidote to save Gin’s life. Zeff suggests trying the mask worn by Gin, hoping it might contain some antidote, while Patty rushes to procure medicine for food poisoning to alleviate Gin’s suffering. Don reveals that Gin has only about an hour left to live, heightening the urgency of the situation.

Fueled by anger, Luffy charges towards Don, paying little heed to others’ warnings about playing into Don’s hands. With determination, he dashes up the horizontal mast, closing the distance between himself and Don. Don’s sinister grin widens as he unleashes a screen bomb, followed by a rain of spears at Luffy. The spears pierce Luffy’s body, but he remains undeterred, his speed unwavering.

In a bold move, Luffy creates a wall of water by kicking the surface and then uses his Gomu Gomu no Pistol attack. Stretching his arm back like a slingshot, he propels his fist forward with incredible force. However, Don had anticipated the attack and protected himself with a cape of spikes called Kanzen Cape. Despite the odds, Luffy manages to punch Don, sending him crashing to the ground with his bare hand, leaving everyone in awe and speechless.

Although wounded and bloodied, Luffy makes a resolute declaration that he will not die in this place. Suddenly, Don rises with astonishing speed and launches an attack at Luffy using his shield. Luffy, ever agile, jumps and flips over the shield, extending his leg like a slingshot to strike Don’s neck. The battle rages on with both sides giving their all.
