As the time passes and his crew is late to invade the village, Captain Kuro becomes increasingly irritated and decides to head to the shore to check on them. Meanwhile, in the north, Luffy and Zoro succeed in defeating the pirates, forcing them to retreat. However, Jango employs a decisive hypnotic technique on his crew members, making them believe they are incredibly strong and healing all their injuries. Witnessing their newfound power, Nami and Zoro are taken aback, but to their surprise, Luffy also falls under the hypnotic spell, becoming immensely stronger.
Unaware of his hypnotized state, Luffy charges towards the crew and effortlessly defeats them. He even grabs hold of the ship’s bow and tears it off, causing significant damage to the vessel. In an attempt to stop the destruction, Jango hypnotizes Luffy once again, this time to fall asleep. Luffy succumbs to the hypnotism, and the chaos is temporarily halted.
Amidst the wreckage of the ship, the Nyaban brothers, who are the ship guards, arrive on the scene. The situation remains precarious, and the fate of the village hangs in the balance.
