Upon reaching the north slope just in time, Usopp bravely attempts to intimidate the pirates by claiming he has 100 million followers. However, his boast is short-lived, and he is quickly apprehended. The pirates discover a treasure worth 5 million beli on Nami’s ship, presenting an opportunity for Usopp to negotiate. He proposes a deal to surrender the treasure if the pirates retreat, but they decline, set on invading the village and taking the treasure with them.
Amidst the confrontation, Jango tries to hypnotize Usopp to put him to sleep, but Nami interrupts the hypnotism with a forceful hit to Usopp’s head, asserting her claim on the treasure. She warns anyone against trying to take it from her. As the pirates charge towards them, Usopp swiftly deploys spikes from his bags to hinder their advance. Meanwhile, Zoro has finally managed to climb up, but he remains disoriented about the north direction. Luffy, in his characteristic wild manner, desperately runs to find the north side.
In the north side of the village, Usopp launches an attack on the pirates using his catapult, but he is hit in the head by one of the pirates. Despite being outnumbered, Usopp’s determination to make the villagers believe he is a liar fuels his courage, and he valiantly tries to fight the large crew. However, both Nami and Usopp are eventually overpowered and defeated by the pirates, allowing them to enter the village through the north side.
Yet, just as the pirates begin to infiltrate the village, Luffy and Zoro make a dramatic appearance, blocking the first wave of pirates from advancing further. The intense battle for the village’s safety is about to unfold.
