Luffy: “Monkey!!!!! What is that?”

Gin: “You idiot, Bankai… My ultimate technique that will end all your miseries…”

Luffy: “Do whatever you want to do, you snake, but I will definitely kick your ass…”

Gin: “Ohh sure, I will.”

Gin takes his stance and shouts, “Kamishini no Yari,” and his sword rapidly extends to strike. Gin activates his Bankai.

Luffy and Bellamy are shockingly observing the rise in spiritual pressure. In that very instance, Gin’s katana extends and strikes Luffy. Luffy, activating his Haki, endures the attack, but the attack leaves Bellamy and Luffy confused. Gin smiles evilly, and the barrage of attacks continues. Luffy and Bellamy can only absorb the attack but cannot evade it. It seems like countless snakes are attacking simultaneously every second.

Luffy: “What is happening? I cannot see the attack?”

Bellamy: “It must be his Bankai thing…”

Both of them are sent flying. Gin explains his sword can move 500 times the speed of sound.

Luffy: “You shut up, snake. I will kick your ass and avenge Shikamaru.”

Luffy signals Bellamy with his eyes, and Bellamy nods, accepting the signal.
Luffy activates Gear Second and, with his stretched limbs, holds on tightly to Bellamy. Bellamy, with his spring abilities, hops around the forest with incredible speed, being invisible to the naked eye.

Gin: “Do you think the same technique will work twice?”

Luffy: “We will see about it later.”

Gin reads the pattern of Bellamy’s movement and strikes him, extending his sword, making him lose his rhythm, only to find Luffy missing. Luffy appears from behind and from a close range screams, “Gomu Gomu no Red Hawk.” Luffy coats his arm in Haki, infusing it with tremendous power. He then rapidly stretches back his arm, gathering friction and igniting the air around his fist. This creates a fiery aura around his arm, resembling blazing fire. But, to his surprise, the fiery punch gets blocked by his sword. The block is assisted by a kick, making Luffy collapse into the woods, followed by rapid, fast thrusts of the sword.

Luffy barely dodges the attack. Despite activating Gear Second, which grants Luffy incredible fast reflexes and speed, he fails to fully dodge the attack. Luffy, in astonishment and shock, tries to predict the attack.

Luffy: “How can this be? How fast can his sword descend?”

Gin: “I told you the same trick will not work anymore.”

Bellamy notices that Gin’s sword extended, and it felt like a bullet was shot. Confused by the attack, Bellamy makes a rash move at him. Bellamy dashes towards Gin in an attempt for a surprise attack. But Gin successfully blocks the attack, even without flinching for a second. Gin, with a roundhouse kick, sends him flying, accompanied by “Shinso (Divine Spear). In its Bankai form, the blade extends at a rapid speed, with powerful force. It can stretch as far as 100 hundred times its original length, but its extreme speed is its real asset. In Bankai the blade ascends or descends with incredible speed almost 500 times the speed of sound.

Bellamy gets hit by countless sharp energy blades and screams in pain. Bellamy is left unconscious after such a perilous attack.

Luffy: “No!!………Bellamy!!!!……”

With tears in his eyes, Luffy rushes towards Bellamy, but the path is blocked by continuous lightning-speed sword thrusts, avoiding Luffy from making a free movement.

Luffy (in rage): “Gear Third!!!…..”

Luffy activates Gear Third by biting his thumb, blowing air into his bones, causing his body to inflate and become a giant. This transformation enhances his attack power but temporarily reduces his speed. Luffy enters his “Gear Third” transformation. In this form, his attacks pack an incredible punch due to the increased mass and size of his limbs.

Luffy: “Gomu Gomu no Grizzly Magnum (Rubber Rubber Giant Bazooka)”

Luffy puts both of his thumbs in his mouth and bites to make a small opening. Then, he blows air so hard that it inflates his arms to a gigantic size and combines them to create a massive double-fisted attack. He then coats his limbs with Armament Haki, hardens the limbs, and launches a huge punch at Gin. The Armament Haki-coated body also increases his defensive powers.

This form allows Luffy to generate a more powerful attack as he has a bigger size when compared to normal. But Luffy sacrifices his mobility when using the Gear 3 technique.

Gin, surprised by the gigantic punch and finding no way to counter the attack, decides to jump into the woods and take shelter. Luffy clears the way and rushes to Bellamy. He takes a breath of relief on finding Bellamy breathing, as he has only lost consciousness, but his injuries look critical and serious.

Luffy: “I will avenge you, Bellamy. I have to end this fight quickly.”

Luffy hears the grinning sound from the forest. He takes his fighting position and attempts to spot Gin, looking here and there, only finding no one.
