Sanji assures everyone that Luffy is only half fine, which puzzles Zoro. However, he chooses to believe in Sanji’s words. Meanwhile, Genzou also surfaces as he can no longer hold his breath underwater. He is surprised to learn that two officers of the Arlong Pirates have been defeated.
As for Ussop, he lies in a pool of blood, having been attacked by Shuu, who left for the battle. But Ussop manages to deceive Shuu, making him believe that he has killed Ussop. Using his special Ketchup Star attack, Ussop fakes his death. Although terrified to face the deadly fisherman, Ussop still decides to challenge Shuu to a fight, declaring that he has stopped playing pirates.
In the beginning, Shuu harshly thrashes Ussop, who lies on the ground getting kicked by Shuu repeatedly. However, Ussop takes out his hammer and strikes Shuu’s leg, making him cry out in pain. Ussop then breaks a bottle of alcohol over Shuu, who pities himself for falling for such childish stunts.
In the meantime, Ussop successfully hides in the bushes, but Shuu uses his Water Cannon attack, sucking all the water from the river and causing a sweeping flood. Desperate to find Ussop, Shuu fires water bullets randomly, targeting any suspicious areas. Fortunately, he discovers Ussop and breaks the tree, splitting it in half.
Ussop retaliates by firing a Star Bomb, using the alcohol to create a powerful combustion. Shuu catches fire and screams in pain, running for water to douse the flames. Seizing the opportunity, Ussop thrashes him completely with his hammer, ultimately emerging victorious in the fight.
