Everyone is astonished by the immense destructive strength of Luffy and his crew. Meanwhile, Hachi takes advantage of the chaos and throws octopus ink, causing everyone except Luffy to dodge it. Luffy ends up covered in ink, blurring his vision. Seizing the opportunity, Hachi picks up a massive wall and hurls it at Luffy. However, Sanji swiftly steps in and kicks the wall to smithereens.
Unfortunately, in the process of carrying out the giant wheel attack earlier, Luffy’s feet became stuck, and now he is unable to free himself. Zoro steps up to challenge Hachi, Ussop takes on Suu, and Sanji confronts Kurbi. Ussop tries to pull Luffy out, but his efforts are in vain. Suu targets Ussop and chases after him. Ussop runs for his life but leads Suu towards the villagers standing outside the gate, armed with weapons. Suu perceives this as a rebellion and decides that they should be killed for such an act. However, Ussop manages to attack Suu with his star bomb technique and then makes a dash for the village.
Arlong, witnessing the situation, becomes Luffy’s target, but this time his punch misses, and Arlong catches him. Arlong closes in, and to further trap Luffy, he digs out a huge boulder and throws him into the water, knowing that devil fruit users are weakened in the sea. Sanji and Zoro immediately plan to save Luffy, but their path is blocked by the two officers. They realize that in order to save Luffy, they must defeat the officers first. Moreover, the fishmen officers try to goad Zoro and Sanji into jumping into the water, as it would give them an advantage in the sea.
As Luffy sinks deeper and deeper into the sea, his crew faces the daunting task of defeating the officers and rescuing their captain.
