After recovering the lost Grand Line map and welcoming a new member into their group, the entire bar bursts with joy and celebration. The Buggy Pirates revel and indulge in drinks to their heart’s content. Nami approaches the cage where Luffy is locked up and assures him that she will help him escape when the opportunity arises. However, Buggy suddenly looms behind her, showcasing the powerful Buggy Cannon, capable of annihilating the entire town with a single shot. To demonstrate its destructive capabilities, Buggy aims the cannon at the town, obliterating dozens of houses instantly, leaving Nami and Luffy in shock.
Buggy demands that Nami prove her loyalty to the crew by firing the Buggy Cannon at Luffy. She is handed a box of matches to ignite the fuse. Conflicted, Nami is torn between her survival and the ethical dilemma of harming Luffy. Refusing to make a decision, one of the pirates snatches the matches and ignites the fuse. Nami reacts swiftly, knocking the man unconscious and extinguishing the burning fuse with her bare hands. However, the attackers take advantage of her distraction and prepare to kill her. At that moment, Zoro arrives and swiftly defeats the four assailants, saving Nami. Upon seeing Zoro, Luffy is overjoyed, and the pirates freeze in terror at the mention of Zoro’s name.
Captain Buggy challenges Zoro, brandishing three knives, but Zoro charges at him, slicing him into pieces in an instant, defeating the once-feared captain.
